FlexOffroad does not sell its own warranty. Wheels and tires carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we handle the claim for you. A defective item gets replaced with the exact same product, no substitutions. Clearance items are often discontinued and carry no warranty at all.
Most brands cover the finish for one year and the structure for life, against manufacturer defects. Tire warranties vary by brand and model, so check the manufacturer for yours.
Bent wheels and road damage. Potholes are not a defect, and we do not run a road hazard program. Shipping damage is a separate thing and that is what Assure Shipping Protection is for.
