If it has not been installed, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. It has to come back in brand new, resellable condition, in the original manufacturer packaging. Once a wheel or tire has been mounted, driven on or altered, it cannot come back.
Restocking fees are set by the manufacturer and range from nothing to as much as 50% of the purchase price, so ask before you order if you might send it back. Return shipping is on you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the product is defective or arrived damaged, none of that applies and we send a prepaid label.
Call us first so we can check whether your order is already in production or on its way. If a package has already been received here for mounting and balancing, restocking and shipping fees apply.
Call 888.888.0512 with your order number and photos of the item and its labels ready, and we approve it fast. You get a return authorization number before anything ships back. Boxes that show up without one cannot be processed.
