We reserve the right to modify, refuse or discontinue any part of the site or service at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the site. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information on the site at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is charged based on the destination state. Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Affirm and PayTomorrow. Orders that were priced in error, are unavailable, or are flagged for fraud may be cancelled with a full refund.
Fitment recommendations are based on the vehicle information you provide and on an unmodified vehicle. You are responsible for selecting the correct year, make, model and submodel and for disclosing modifications. The fitment guarantee applies to recommended fitments only and is described on the fitment guarantee page.
Products ship via FedEx, R+L Carriers, USPS or UPS. Oversized products such as wheel and tire packages ship truck freight or LTL, which differs from ground shipment. Wheel and tire packages cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. Customers assume responsibility for duties and taxes on international shipments. Optional shipping protection is available at checkout and is governed by its own terms.
Returns require a return merchandise authorization number, original packaging and products in new condition, as described on the returns page. Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days with a prepaid label provided by us.
Warranties on products are offered by the manufacturers, and each manufacturer's timeframes, terms and conditions, and schedules vary. We provide no warranty of our own. Clearance items carry no warranty. Any protection plan offered at checkout is provided by a third party and is governed by that plan's terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data, or for unavailability of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
