Qualifying orders ship free anywhere in the US, and products that qualify wear the free shipping badge. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS and R+L Carriers. Wheel and tire packages are oversized, so they go truck freight instead of ground, which is slower but a lot gentler on the boxes.
Every wheel and tire package gets mounted and balanced here before it ships. It shows up assembled, so all you do is bolt it on and set the torque. That step adds a little time, and each product shows its own delivery window so you know before you pay.
Individual wheels and accessories can ship to APO and FPO addresses. Wheel and tire packages cannot, because of USPS size and weight limits. International orders are welcome, and any duties and taxes at the border are on you.
Assure Shipping Protection is an optional add on at checkout that covers your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, at full replacement value instead of the carrier's cap of roughly $100. It covers porch theft after delivery too. To claim, email [email protected] with the subject "Assure Claim". Damage needs photos within 48 hours of delivery, theft needs a police report, and most claims resolve within 24 to 48 business hours. It is package protection, not a wheel warranty.
Look everything over on delivery, note damage with the driver, and send us photos of the wheel and the box within 48 hours. Defective or damaged items get a prepaid return label from us.
