How long will it take to get my wheels?
This depends on a few different factors all in-stock items ship in 5-7 business days. Delivery time is based on the Shipping courier. Please refer to your tracking number for estimated arrival times.
Is my fitment guaranteed?
We have two separate options when it comes to fitments. Option 1 you can choose specs that our specialists have pre-determined to be a guaranteed fit. Option 2 is for those who opt for a more custom fit that will require modifications to make clear fenders, bumpers, etc.. Option 2does notcome with our fitment guarantee due to the need for modifications to fit.

I need help with selecting wheel and tire sizes.
Shopping for wheel and tire packages is easy with Flex Off-road. When you shop by your vehicle information, recommended sizes will be automatically populated in your search.
My order was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
If your order was damaged by the shipping courier, please document all damages including the packaging and the items damaged. Please contact the shipping courier to file a claim as well as send a copy to our customer support.
How can I track my order?
Please refer to your order confirmation email containing your tracking number to track your order. Your order will be trackable once it leaves our facility and is scanned in with the courier. Please allow sufficient time for your tracking number to update in the courier's tracking system.
I need to cancel my order
